In the early 2000’s there has been a thriving Little Penguin colony on Middle Island. Over some of years foxes commenced to swim over and kill the penguins. So the Warnambool Coastcare Landcare Group took price, therefore The Middle Island Maremma Project began in 2006. Little Penguins on Middle Island in which declining due to fox predation. Maremma Guardian puppies have been trained and placed on Middle Island to guard the penguins from foxes. Hence this is wherein Oddball comes into it and saves the penguin’s wherein he is a very mysterious and naughty dog again on land so that is his second threat to show that he is a superb canine. tt3401748
