The movie starts in Miami on the boat of crime lord Antonio Pope. His hacker A.J. goes thru a listing on the laptop. Pope calls Port Commissioner Griffin at the phone and accuses him of stealing cash from him. With one among his hit-guys within the room, Pope has Griffin killed in his condominium, then orders his hit-men to find whoever left together with his money. Meanwhile in Atlanta, James is with his companion Detective Mayfield as they go to infiltrate a vehicle meet to find an notorious drug supplier named Troy. Ben, clean out the academy, is keen to get in at the action, but James has him staying at the radio. James receives close sufficient to Troy, but Troy pulls a gun on him.
